Privacy Policy — Kelime Kervanı

Effective date: 31 August 2026

This English text is a translation. The authoritative version is the Turkish original, reachable from the "Türkçe" link on this page. In the event of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Turkish version prevails.

This Privacy Policy applies to Kelime Kervanı (Google Play package ID: com.muingames.kelimekervani), a mobile game developed by Muin Games.

1. Summary

We, Muin Games, collect no personal data. You do not need to create an account, sign in, or enter any information for the app to work; we operate no server of our own, and your game progress never leaves your device.

However, the app displays Google AdMob advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK that serves those ads collects its own data and shares it with Google for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention — including your Android Advertising ID (AAID) and your IP address. We have no access to that data. The details are in Section 5.

The rest of this policy is the detail behind those two statements.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

None of the following is collected, processed, or transmitted, either by us or by the advertising SDK in the app:

The app has no user account system; on our side, no identifier that could identify you is created or read. The identifiers used by the advertising SDK are listed one by one in Section 5.

3. Game Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress is stored only on your own device, using Unity's PlayerPrefs mechanism. What is stored consists solely of:

This game data:

For this reason you have no account held by us, and no separate "delete account" mechanism is needed: uninstalling the app removes all of your local data. For your controls over the data the advertising SDK collects, see Section 5; that data is not deleted by uninstalling, because it is held by Google, not by us.

4. Why the Internet Permission Is Requested

The app requests the INTERNET permission on Google Play. This permission is used for two things:

We operate no server of our own. Apart from the advertising infrastructure, the game connects to no remote address; your game progress is never uploaded anywhere. Other address strings may appear in the compiled code of the engine and of the libraries it uses, as documentation or error-message text; these are not endpoints the app connects to.

Below is the complete list of permissions the app declares on Google Play — there are nine, and no permission outside this list is requested:

Permission What it is for
INTERNETLoading advertisements from Google's servers; also reading the game data inside the application package
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATEChecking whether a usable network connection is available before an ad is requested
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_IDAccess to the advertising ID (AAID). Google requires it for ad-serving apps that target Android 13 or higher
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_IDThe Android Privacy Sandbox advertising-ID interface
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTIONThe Android Privacy Sandbox ad-attribution interface
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICSThe Android Privacy Sandbox topics interface
WAKE_LOCKLetting the advertising SDK briefly delay the device from sleeping while it finishes short background work
FOREGROUND_SERVICEFor the same short background work
com.muingames.kelimekervani.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSIONThe app's own signature-level permission, valid only between its own components

The first eight are install-time ("normal") permissions: Android grants them automatically when the app is installed and shows you no confirmation dialog. The ninth is signature-level; Android libraries add it automatically at build time and it applies only between the app's own components.

None of them is a runtime ("dangerous") permission, and none grants access to personal content on your device. The app requests none of the following: location, storage, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone state, notifications, photos or media.

Seven of the first eight exist because of the advertising infrastructure and were added automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. In the version without ads, only INTERNET and the signature permission on the last row were present.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob

The app shows occasional full-screen (interstitial) advertisements between levels. The ads are served by Google AdMob, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

According to Google's own documentation, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects the following data types and shares them with Google for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention:

Data What is collected
IP addressThe device's IP address. It can be used to estimate the device's approximate location.
User product interactionsInteraction information such as app opens, taps, and video views.
Diagnostic informationInformation about the performance of the app and the SDK: launch time, hang/crash rate, energy usage.
Device and account identifiersThe Android Advertising ID (AAID), the App Set ID, and, where applicable, other identifiers associated with an account signed in on the device.

Google states that all of this data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

We have no access to this data. We receive only Google's aggregated (anonymous) earnings and impression reports; we never see data belonging to individual users.

For details on how Google uses this data:

5.2 Your control over the advertising ID

Collection of the Android Advertising ID is optional and under your control. Using the advertising ID controls in the Android Settings menu, you can reset or delete your advertising ID. If you delete it, the app continues to show you non-personalised ads and the game keeps working normally.

You can also manage the ad personalisation preferences on your device through Google Settings.

5.3 Services not used

Apart from AdMob, the app contains no other third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or user-tracking service. This includes Google Analytics, Firebase, the Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, Adjust, IronSource, and Unity Analytics / Unity Ads / Unity Cloud Diagnostics — none of these are active in the app.

We do not share or sell the game progress listed in Section 3 to any third party.

6. Photo and Map Sources

The game uses 324 photographs presenting the provinces of Türkiye. All of them come from Wikimedia Commons and are freely licensed:

License family Number of photos
CC BY-SA (2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 / 4.0)280
CC BY (1.0 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 / 4.0)21
CC0 and public domain21
"No restrictions" (no known copyright restrictions)2

The author, license, and Wikimedia Commons source link for every photograph is listed in full inside the game: the Settings → KAYNAKLAR (Sources) screen.

Blurred background versions of some photographs are used; these are derived from the same source photographs and are subject to the same licenses.

The province boundary map is generated from Natural Earth data (public domain; attribution is not required, but it is credited on the Sources screen nonetheless).

If you have a concern about the use of a photograph, contact us at the address in Section 11; we will remove any image where the request is found justified.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not designed for children. It is not enrolled in the "Designed for Families" programme on Play Console.

We collect no personal data from anyone, regardless of age. The advertising data described in Section 5 is collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK; the app is not tagged as child-directed.

If you believe a child under 13 is using the app, you can contact us at the address in Section 11. Deleting the advertising ID in the device's Android settings stops advertising-ID-based data collection on that device (Section 5.2).

8. European Union / GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing, and data portability over your personal data.

We hold no data about you that could be transferred, corrected, or deleted: Muin Games collects, stores, and processes no personal data. The game progress on your device is under your control alone, and you can delete it by uninstalling the app.

For the advertising data described in Section 5, Google is the data controller. You need to direct your rights regarding that data to Google; starting points:

9. California / CCPA

California residents have the right, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, to know the categories of personal information collected about them and whether that information is sold.

Muin Games collects no personal information. We do not sell your personal information; we hold no data to sell.

Because of the advertisements shown in the app, the data listed in Section 5 is collected by and shared with Google. Under some CCPA definitions, this sharing for advertising purposes may count as a "sale" or "sharing". To stop this data flow on your device, you can delete your advertising ID in the Android settings (Section 5.2); for Google's own controls, see the Google Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When a material change is made, the effective date at the top of the page will be updated.

Change of 31 August 2026: Google AdMob advertising was added to the app. Sections 1, 2, 4, and 5 of this policy were rewritten accordingly; the previous version stated that the app contained no third-party advertising service, and that is no longer the case. The Google Play Data Safety declaration has been updated with the same change.

If any other third-party service is added in the future, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will again be updated before that change is released.
